Chairman George Brown hails from Holtville, California, representing the state's Forty-Second District. He has been in the House of Representatives since 1962. Mr. Brown is a management consultant who attended University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA). He also served in the Army from 1944 to 1946. Mr. Brown lives in Riverside, California.
